Terms and Conditions of v10bet – Full Terms of Use

1. Definitions and Scope

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings assigned below:

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Use

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

V10bet follows anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with Law No. 9,613/1998 and its amendments. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, regardless of any bonus. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the deposit may require additional verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The v10bet welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to BRL 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically after your first qualifying deposit of at least BRL 20.00. The rollover conditions are:

5.2 General Bonus Rules

6. Sports Betting

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets at v10bet are subject to acceptance by the platform at the time of confirmation. v10bet reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without prior justification, particularly in cases of suspected match manipulation, arbitrage use, or unusual activity.

Bets are settled according to the official result of the competition as published by the relevant governing body (CBF for Brazilian football, CONMEBOL for South American competitions, etc.). In the event of a provisional result or protest, settlement may be suspended until the competent federation issues a final decision.

6.2 Live Betting and Cash Out

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result, based on the odds available at the time of the request. The cash out value is calculated automatically by the platform and may differ significantly from the original stake. v10bet does not guarantee that cash out will be available on all markets or at all times during a live game.

6.3 Odds Errors

V10bet works to ensure the accuracy of all published odds. In the event of a manifest odds error (clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human mistake), v10bet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return the staked amount to the user's balance. Odds errors are identified by comparison with market odds during the same period.

6.4 Postponed and Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are returned to the balance. In the case of a postponement, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 24 hours. Events rescheduled beyond that window have their bets automatically voided.

7. Casino, Slots & Online Games

7.1 RNG and Certification

All casino games and slots available on v10bet are provided by certified suppliers, with results generated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. v10bet does not alter game outcomes or the original RTPs set by the providers.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game or slot session — including internet disconnection, server outage, or a game bug — v10bet follows this policy:

• If the round has not started, the bet stake is returned to your balance.
• If a round was already in progress and the outcome has been recorded on the server, the result will be applied as normal once the connection is restored.
• If a v10bet server or provider failure prevents the result from being recorded, the bet is voided and the stake returned.

V10bet is not liable for connection failures on the user's end (unstable internet, device shutdown), but the platform keeps a record of every session for review in the event of a dispute.

7.3 Age Requirement for Casino Games

8. Responsible Gambling

V10bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress. That's why we provide responsible gambling tools directly on the platform, with no red tape:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit directly in your account settings. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period. Once reached, new bets will be blocked until the next period begins.
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. No access or betting is possible during the suspension period.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action cannot be undone. Any available balance will be returned after processing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v10bet platform:

• Creating more than one account per CPF, email address, or device.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Using coordinated arbitrage strategies to exploit odds differences between platforms in collusion with third parties.
• Taking part in match-fixing or manipulation of results in any sport available on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access another user's account or any restricted area of the platform without authorization.
• Using funds of illicit origin to make deposits at v10bet.
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your account to any third party.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by the User

You can close your v10bet account at any time through the settings menu or by contacting support via email. Any available real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification and review of any pending bets. Processing may take up to 5 business days.

10.2 Account Closure by v10bet

V10bet may suspend or close an account at any time under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, false information provided at registration, a self-exclusion request by the account holder, or a legal or regulatory requirement. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, the bonus balance is forfeited and the real-money balance is assessed based on the nature of the violation.

12. Limitation of Liability

V10bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bet outcomes, service interruptions caused by events beyond the platform's control (power outages, external cyberattacks, provider infrastructure issues), or betting decisions made by the user based on third-party information.

V10bet provides the platform "as is" and carries out periodic maintenance that may cause temporary downtime. Scheduled maintenance events are communicated in advance. Bets confirmed before a maintenance period remain valid and are settled normally once the service is restored.

V10bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the user in their account at the time of the event giving rise to the dispute.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

V10bet encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Users may contact support via email or chat to seek a resolution before pursuing any legal action. The platform commits to formally responding to disputes within 10 business days.

14. Changes to These Terms

V10bet may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with an active account by email at least 7 days before the new conditions take effect. Minor editorial changes that have no substantive impact on the obligations of either party may be implemented without prior notice.

The version in effect is always the one published on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
